By using EmotionWise Social, you agree to:

If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use EmotionWise Social.

EmotionWise Social is an analytics platform that connects to your YouTube channel via the YouTube API Services to retrieve publicly available comment data and analyze it using the EmotionWise AI engine. The service provides emotion classifications, sentiment scores, and related analytics for your YouTube content.

EmotionWise Social uses YouTube API Services. Your use of data retrieved through YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You acknowledge that YouTube may modify or discontinue API access at any time, which may affect the availability of features within EmotionWise Social.

We access publicly available YouTube data (video metadata and comments) through the YouTube Data API v3 on your behalf after you authorize access via Google OAuth. We only request read-only permissions and never post, modify, or delete content on your YouTube channel.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials.
• You must be of legal age to use this service.

You agree NOT to:

• Use EmotionWise Social to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' data or channels without authorization
• Use the service to violate YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained through EmotionWise Social
• Reverse-engineer our AI models or proprietary algorithms
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

Your use of EmotionWise Social is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, including data obtained through YouTube API Services.

You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google security settings.

• EmotionWise Social and EmotionWise AI are our proprietary products.
• YouTube content accessed through the API remains the property of the respective content owners.
• You retain ownership of your YouTube content and channel data.

EmotionWise Social is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Emotion and sentiment analysis results are algorithmically generated and may not perfectly reflect actual audience sentiment. These results should be used as one input among many in your content strategy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmotionWise Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through Settings → Danger Zone.
